Paint Box World Tour
Paintboxed represents a revolutionary initiative that pays homage to the trailblazing heritage of the Quantel Paintbox—a legendary digital art device from the initial phase of the 80s that altered the artistic spectrum. Beyond merely an instrument, the Paintbox moulded visual culture, affecting everything from MTV productions to album designs like Nirvana’s Nevermind.
As a component of the exhibition, modern artists are prompted to craft fresh pieces employing one of the scarce operational Paintbox systems, furnished by Adrian Wilson. By utilising this seminal technology, they serve as a link between the past and the present, scrutinizing the apparatus's enduring influence on digital artistry and rejuvenating its inventive legacy for an emerging era. June 2025 during Art Basel as part of the Digital Art Mile.

Logged Universe #3
Little Martians and the Human Memorial Monument
The story we’ll now present is called “Little Martians and the Human Memorial Monument”. It’s told by an ancient Martian, who simulated a human and played with it inside the Logged Universe. The Martian makes an effort of trying to explain this human where they came from and what is the nature of their reality. It’s quite touching, and we all know how this particular series of events sparked renewed interest in the human species across the galaxy.
For the creation of this story, we’d like to thank Simon de Rouviere, who is a very prominent researcher on the Logged Universe history and technology. We’d also like to thank Gene Kogan, for his AI collaboration expertise was key to simulate the narrated events in astonishing color and resolution.
